Informatics Pharmacist. Supervisor. VA residency trained. Proud civil servant. Blessed and honored to serve our Veterans. Fighting for the care they deserve and the rights of those who serve them. *I post when I am on leave, off, or on a rare break 🥲....
VA has had a Github Copilot beta for almost a year now. We also have a separate closed beta that uses GPT 3.5 and 4 as usable models. It has greatly improved my efficiency while I am already down multiple positions among my team.

The indifferent response highlights a troubling disconnect and lack of concern for human life. Collateral damage is becoming normalized under a "disrupt now, fix later" mindset.

Good, our ATC is not even in the right mindset with DOGE kids wanting to fire them. There needs to be counter disruption to ensure public safety. Flashback to Breaking Bad....

If the president and DOGE publicly stated that agencies control their own personnel decisions but then allowed DOGE to override that process, it would be a clear contradiction.

While the FAA does provide oversight, SpaceX has repeatedly pushed boundaries and been involved in safety disputes, including past violations of FAA regulations and concerns from NASA about reliability for crewed missions....Elon wants to ''DOGE' FAA so they won't limit his 'explosive' innovations.

From 2014-2023, SpaceX reported over 600 worker injuries, including incidents leading to amputations. The company's rapid development pace and ambitious deadlines have been cited as contributing factors to these safety lapses. There is a lack of care for the lives of workers and public. GG Elon.

Thank you for caring Bernie, it is great to finally see that there are some Democrats that are truly showing that they care for our Vets. There needs to be a real power shift within the party. Pelosi, Schumer, etc are maintaining the status quo....

Many veterans get prescriptions via the VA’s Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP), which relies on USPS. Privatization could raise shipping costs, slow or disrupt service, making it harder—especially for rural veterans—to get medications on time. #Veterans #VA #Pharmacy #DOGE #USPS

Notably, the VA invested $16 billion in EHR modernization under Trump, influenced by his associates at Mar-a-Lago, despite their lack of official roles. Now, Doug Collins plans to cut 70,000–80,000 jobs, raising concerns about service cuts and wasted investment.

Hello. Are you able to elaborate on this? I am under the impression that both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, probationary or not, remain exempted?
February 28, 2025 at 5:31 PM
This is not most pharmacists, but yes I understand the issue because it does happen. It is also difficult to switch pharmacies in this type of situation. Refills on the 28th day is standard for a 30 day supply. It allows you to accrue a backup supply in case of an emergency. Try to switch.

The only way this kid has big balls is if he suffers testicular torsion from a well deserved kick to them.

I never would of thought a dehydrated dirt snake like this would turn me off to popcorn. Daddy's little disappointment.

I hope this is also a secret raffle for that stupid chainsaw.

Done! I did not even think to subscribe despite reading their great reporting on the goon squad. They deserve more than the $5.

I feel like this photo edged me closer to dementia and a craving for Werther's and that candy with that strawberry wrapper. Visually demoralizing.
