Regarding the "What did you do last week?" email, I suspect DOGE will use AI to analyze responses and identify job functions that could potentially be automated or supported by AI. Do not respond until agencies provide further guidance!

My team and I got an email from 'HR'@opm asking for five bullet points on last week’s work. This undersells our workload and critical interventions. Weekend texts from my staff suggest it was meant to be disruptive, but I find it amusing. I told them to ignore it until Monday, then we’ll respond.
