Finally, the substantially higher endorsement of Franco's legacy among VOX voters compared to other voters is similar among the young and the old. This means that the effect of authoritarian legacies is not driven by older nostalgic voters, but is transmitted and normalized intergenerationally.

It turns out radical right voters in Spain (VOX - measured pre-treatment) are more likely to support and willing to donate money to the Franco Foundation than to our control prime. They are particularly triggered by anti-secession and anti-feminist views, and a bit less so by anti-immigrant views.
