So several times over Thanksgiving, my MIL said that she was very thankful I had gotten my US citizenship before this year. I had to bite my tongue every time so as not to say that I still didn't feel safe, that citizenship didn't seem to matter anymore. They want rid of all of us.
Sen. Bernie Moreno, R-Ohio, just introduced a bill to ban Americans from holding dual citizenship. The bill says that to “preserve the integrity of national citizenship, allegiance to the United States must be undivided.” It’s called the Exclusive Citizenship Act.

When I immigrated, our lawyer laid out our options. One way they said we could do it is I could get a tourist or other visa, get married and then apply for a spousal green card. We went for the fiance visa route instead but they're arresting people doing what our lawyer told us we could do in 2018.
I need everybody to read this and understand what’s going on. These are spouses of US citizens in the country legally. They have entry clearance and green cards, they’ve passed background checks and have no criminal records. ICE is taking them anyway.

Yessssss I have finally conquered my childhood nemesis proto-achievement. When I was little, I had every single other medal in Digimon World 1 except curling, I just could not get that goddamn perfect score. But now I have it and I even got it completely legit and my inner child is so happy :3
