It means *a lot* for me to be a magical girl. It carries a ton of meaning that I created most of this costume.

Sometimes if the world doesn't give us magic we have to make it.

I taught myself how to sew in the course of making my costume. I didn't sew all of it... I had to buy the leotard, boots, and gloves... and purchased the accessories.

But the skirt, poofs, bows, collar, and attachments I did myself and I'm really proud of my work.

Looking forward to modeling it!

I have devoted all or nearly all of my adult life to this work. I feel no older, no slower, no less sharp for it. Every day, I wake up with renewed zeal and hatred.

I like flowy names
I wanted something distinctive and unique with bonus being historical
Latin, means "tranquil", is a good mission statement for me
Lastly, as an aspiration for me towards magical girls (Sailor Moon).
