A seismic shock in Welsh politics, for all kinds of reasons. I am touched by the human story of the seat being won by a man who has stood 14 times in previous elections and was touched by how respectful he was to the former seat holder who tragically died.

It seems that in Caerphilly more people feared those who oppose immigration than the immigrants themselves.

Bullying and harassment in the workplace can be subtle or overt but it is always toxic. Creating a culture that is high in relational literacy is key to preventing bullies from prospering.
