Here's something I don't understand. Parents are told kids need sunscreen, light loose clothing, & avoid direct ☀ 11-3 if possible.
BUT at the same time 30C+, full sun, compulsory polyester PE kit is the perfect time to do strenuous PE lessons... When will we catch up with our changing climate? 🤷🏻♂️

Confirmed: my awful cough may have begun as a virus but then whooping cough swept in... Glad I masked.
Apparently I should now be immune for the next 4-20 (!) years. Yes, I had vaccinations when offered but the last was a decade ago. Without I would have been even sicker. Get your jabs, people.
