I cooked my first Vegan Nochebuena! Black beans, white rice, yuca, jackfruit mojo pork, tostones, maduros, hearts of palm ceviche, and extra mojo on the side. Dessert: guava pudding with almond butter strudel, butter cookies, and chocolate chip peppermint cookies

Happy Gotcha Day to my sweet baby boy Beignet Cafe Au Lait. 4 years ago I went to the shelter and was handed a puppy with powdered sugar feet who became my favorite little donut. He’s made my life better every day since!

Nonprofits need your HELP!!! Contact your representatives and ask them to oppose H.R. 9495 which will give the Treasury Secretary power to designate organizations as “terrorist supporting” without evidence. The Trump administration can use this to end orgs that support vulnerable populations (1/2)
