I know that the world is mourning what's happening to America, but the fact that my dad is a supporter of the current administration and cannot see how it hurts two of his daughters pretty directly and the third a bit more indirectly is causing me a lot of anguish. Hugs to anyone going through this.

I just logged my calories and exercise for today, thinking I totally blew it by binging on d&d day. Realized I came out at my goal because I was under on other days, so it evened out for the week. I am thankful for the app to help me not sabotage myself and realize I'm doing fine.

I think part of the reason I feel like a failure is that I was promised that at some point, it wouldn't be a struggle. But it rarely feels easy. I have to come to terms with success feeling like struggle.
