Oh a heist, I love heists! Well if I may suggest a class, maybe try a Way of Shadow Monk? You get pass without trace, silence, darkness and can give your allies and yourself darkvision and minor illusion as a cantrip. However I would ask your DM if your Ki can be level+wis modifier because 3 Ki is 👎
