Here’s a poem I started working on in August that I can’t quite bring together. Wrote it thinking about how pain and love are often close bedfellows and the existence of one begets the existence of the other.

Letting go of my kindle reading streak so I can read a physical book is proving to be much harder than anticipated. It is a completely meaningless stat that no one but me cares about and amounts to absolutely nothing more than small dopamine rushes whenever I look at it. Nevertheless…I am a prisoner

Going to try this new thing called “normal posting” where everything I post is not some shit-brained joke or me ranting about whatever irrelevant fucking thing that goes on on that other website.

Anyway here’s a poem about my tenuous relationship with God.
