yes, without my help, my fiance would likely not get the paperwork done in time. currently doing his review, they sent 4 packets of paperwork on the 23rd, we received it on the 26th, had to be turned in by the 8th (which means sent out by the 4th to ensure the mail gets there in time). it's insane.

Also it's literally a lie.

They're counting on "genuinely Disabled" people not being able to keep up with the administrative burden (paperwork and possible in-person appointments) to keep their Medicaid.

So basically what they're doing is delaying (indefinitely?) implementation of a couple of rules from the Biden administration that were going to make it easier for dual-eligible people to maintain the Medicaid (and MSP) coverage we are eligible for.

my fiance is "genuinely disabled" and in ssdi for over 15 years. He pays child support out of that check, because of this, he qualified for medicaid help that pays for his copays, and extra medicine costs. He'll likely lose this help now and will no longer be able to afford all meds or therapy. 😞
