Is nobody going to talk about how the director/writer of GOOD BOY, the horror movie from the perspective of a dog, has a last name that is almost the same as a dog breed?
Because that's freaking great.

I JUST CAUGHT AN ALPHA TRUBBISH.
I DON'T CARE THAT HE'S NOT SHINY BECAUSE HE IS MINE!

I can't really recall the last time a game really wowed me with graphics or story, but I recently played the demo for HAUNTII, which isn't that new, but the art is GORGEOUS and the story pulled me in so quick, it's wild.
And the style isn't overcomplicated either... it's so good. And its the DEMO.

When someone you love asks to watch Hamlet, and you have a choice... you obviously go for this particular one, right?

@dollterror13.bsky.social Big applause for days. This was fantaatic! I saw it for sale at @littleghostsbooks.bsky.social and had to have it ASAP.
I devoured this, and it was such a juicy, meaty, gooey, cheesy, fun time... it was like being at a Brazilian steakhouse.
I await the movie adaptation.

You know, you'd think by the magic would have gone after over two-score years, but here we are...

Happy Birthday, me.
You're alright. You could be better, but you're doing just fine.
Now do that thing, you know the one.
Time ain't going any slower.

My favoirite genre of tv show is biographical where the subject of the biography plays a goofy caricature of their dad...

The serendipity of Crufts and the re-airing of the San Remo music festival on one of our cultural tv channels is just amazing.
Life can be great sometimes.

It's just so bonkers as a concept.

Gene Hackman was great... and in looking up one of the first flicks I saw him in, I learned it was written by THREE horror writers, and it's a COMEDY.
Granted, like most things of that era, it didn't age well... but for what it was... Loose Cannons was p great.

I don't know why I don't post more of my art on here.
I really should, and honestly, since I haven't really done any major projects recently and all I have are sketches.... so here...
Weird stuff.
Kirbys. And Scratsune Miku.

Moving on to another book can be hard, especially when my "in-progress" books are slowly gathering dust while I slowly l make my way through them as a palate cleanser.
But I've had this on my shelf for a while, so I started it and it's already so good.
One chapter in and it's such beautiful prose.

Because curiosity got me after seeing news/coverage of Citizen Sleeper, and I've already sunk more than 4 hours into it...
It's so good and engrossing and I think I'm going to have to do another playthrough to retry the objectives I missed.
I don't think any game has ever pulled me so intensely.

This week was a fun one. Definitely some greats, also prepping to Oscars so I can confirm/deny their picks.
