On Veteran’s Day, we honor the brave Americans who have answered the call to defend our nation and protect the values that make it great. If you have a veteran in your life, I hope you’ll join me in thanking them today for their service and sacrifice.

If a tactic isn’t working, you switch your approach — especially when millions of Americans are hurting.

This new agreement would keep SNAP benefits flowing and ensure workers get paid, all while providing an opportunity to protect ACA tax credits.

Only Congress holds the authority to change the name of federal departments. Full stop.

America hasn’t had a “Department of War” since WWII. If you're talking about having been nominated to work for the Department of War, you're 78 years too late.

Had fun visiting with @laurengreennn.bsky.social to share some classic Maine fashion tips, as well as discuss the *tie* that binds our nation — the Constitution.

On Constitution Day, may we recognize this roadmap of American democracy and recommit to working toward a 'more perfect union.'

Quality customer service shouldn't just be a private sector mindset; that's why I introduced the Improving Veteran’s Experience Act. Now that this law has passed and been signed into law, the VA will be better positioned to deliver top-notch service and support to our veterans.

This Monday is the fifth anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act — a bipartisan investment to help preserve and protect "America's Best Idea." The National Park Service is celebrating with FREE admission to *all* our national parks! Hope you can make plans to get outside!

Our global reach doing good in other countries is what makes our nation great, but slashing USAID and downgrading the State Department gives power to China and Russia. Now, our military will have to take on the added responsibility of acting as diplomats in critical regions.

The "power of the purse" is granted solely to Congress in the Constitution. However, we're handing over our own power as we continue to allow the Executive Branch to substitute its agenda for Congress' role.

It's dangerous and sets a harmful precedent for our nation's future.
