I iive in Cornwall and we have a 21 year old son with Prader Willi Syndrome. He got his EHCP at 3 and it was created efficiently and in a timely manner. I now find that only 1.6% of EHCPs in Cornwall are written within the 20 week deadline. I'm stunned and frankly disgusted

It’s either arrogance or brazenness. I suspect pure desperation to save money is taking over. Appalling for families
