I have iron deficiency but I’m not anemic. And I did add in orange juice for a few months, and my number stayed at 8. My LC provider said most of his LC patients with this problem end up needing infusions.

To get my iron up? I couldn’t do it through diet or supplements, which is common with long covid patients.
