I'm so glad I get to introduce someone else to this all-time weird comment, on why Elon Musk doesn't like chess.

If only! It is about whether Maine's Department of Marine Resources can require lobster boats to install location tracking devices to make sure they only fish in permitted areas consistent with the Fourth Amendment. (They can.)
