More realistically, I expect the only voters he considers "real" are Reform's. The defections to the Greens are an insignificant minority

Just to propose a small counter to my senator: I think that not all internecine conflict is wasted energy. It doesn't hurt *much,* in my view, for the Senate Caucus to understand that they're going into this December fight with a base that has lost patience and is ready with knives out for failure
