Jurors determined that the man who threw a footlong sandwich at a federal agent in viral online footage this summer was not guilty of assault. The Trump Admin previously tried to hit him with a felony, but a grand jury refused.

Today is the beginning of my four day “Backyard Birding Extravaganza!” I will be putting out the best seed along with extra packs of suet balls! It’s highly unlikely I will spot any species new to my backyard (I’ve cataloged 42 different species since 2021), but you never know!
