I don't have the original "blue" they used, but I get something quite close by doing the following.

A blast layer (the white core)

A Glow layer (The blue glow, a layer with a vivid light blend set to 80%)

A blast Outline layer (the white core, with a black stroke outline effect)

I've not been streaming lately, but I finally got some house work finished, got my workshop back and got to paint some of the pieces that came with Dune: Uprising. Which is a board game I've been playing lately :)

So I got one of those interesting little "book nook" things. I'm surprised by how small it is!

I also think I'll put some of my model making skills to work and improve on a few things to make it a bit better then just gluing paper to laser cut MDF.

Really nice stuff :)

I've been working on a 3D printing project of my own (after previously getting a statue made) I hope you don't mind me sharing.

As you can see in the picture, the small black marks are all remains of where the guy doing it printed it upside down and then tearing them out.
A photograph of a resin statue of my character bimbear that is partly assembled. It shows a number of black dots and other marks where poor positioning of the figure left damage.

So, prior to doing the whole #vtuber stuff I spent some time trying to do manager stuff for some art friends.

And this is basically what my experience told me, artists don't need to be "made" to work... they need to be made to eat and sleep!
The expectation of what it's like managing an artist vs the reality of managing an artist. Panel 1 is my bear character whipping the poor bunny rifthebit to do more work. Panel 2 is my bear character looking very concerned as rifthebit works himself to death.
