With thanks to The Cupboard Southport for our donations this weekend! This was from yesterday and they very kindly dropped more off today 🤗 (And yes, that's 3 bags of KFC!)

Something we don’t always think about is the effects the heat causes for people taking certain medications. Always seek medical advice if you’re worried about anyone or yourself. 😎
