Europe has a lot of options before getting to that point. Closing those military bases has several issues associated, primarily impact on local economies, plus it gives Trump an excuse to blame Europe for NATO ending (Europe doesn't want to make it that easy).

I don’t think they have even concepts of a plan. Orange Voldemort must be stopped. I’m not sure the Democratic leadership is up to the task. I hope I’m wrong.
