Your art is very good and cute, but dinner is delicious!

That looks really nice!

Last one I went to was Red Dead Redemption 2.

Bugger. I bought the US version because I gave up hope of there being a UK special edition!

This is a situation where I could imagine a kickstarter. “Individual Editions for the crazies!” I would pledge for a pack to complete my collection.

David Miranda replied to my question and confirmed this collection will be a 2 disc set!
January 7, 2026 at 12:41 PM
Will this be 5 discs? Or will the titles be compiled together similar to the City Hunter movies and specials set?
January 7, 2026 at 2:22 AM
Agreed. We got so close.

I do like this, but now there will be the period of annoying uncertainty while I wait to see if they will release ALL the specials this way and how they’ll fit 27 specials into packs of 5.

“Werner Wednesdays” are about to become a standing appointment?

“Oh no, that’s craaazzy… So, you invented penicillin yet orrr…?”

Okay, my suggestion is Akiba Maid War. It’s modern and it’s cutesy maid aesthetic quickly twists into surprisingly awesome action and drama (and comedy)! If you watch a few episodes for the pod you will DEFINITELY want to finish it on your own time.

Where do we submit?
December 21, 2025 at 11:26 PM
True. I’m coming from the perspective of being located in Australia. There are two distributors here; Crunchyroll and Sugoi. Sugoi is only a couple years old and sublicense titles from companies like Gkids and AnimeLTD. If they’re both now TOHO, my available selection gets very dire.

I’ll have to set a reminder to check back in one year.
December 20, 2025 at 3:19 PM
So now TOHO owns Gkids AND Anime ltd? Starting to sound a lot like reducing physical anime to a TOHO/Crunchyroll duopoly.

I was crossing all my crossables for a Best Animated Oscar nom that year, but no joy. It deserved more attention!
