Lessee…$21/12 mos = $1.75/mo. Pretty sure $1.75 is < $15. Also, reviewing my order history, I’ve only spent $5 on shipping since quitting Prime, so $16 shipping costs was WITH Prime. The item I bought w/ $5 shipping is not sold via Prime, and all the free shipping options cost $5 more. 1/
