Fell down the Tolkien hobbit hole a long time ago and found comfort in the lore, the adaptations, and the magic of Middle-earth.
Love this cover. Very nostalgic for me. I’ve been considering picking up a copy of the permabound hardcover version of this book.

Plus, a rotating selection that rests at my piano (currently, ‘The Art of the Hobbit’ and previously ‘The Letters from Father Christmas’). And the “overflow” shelf, these books are no less loved and will find their place. ❤️

Absolutely! Same for me. There is ALOT to unpack in that chapter and I was definitely not ready to fully appreciate it then.

It’s the “coming back” to Tolkien’s works that have become the most gratifying, over the years.
