The progression of musculoskeletal disorders, from fatigue & discomfort, which can be considered “normal” to disability.

It genuinely scares me that most office workers I know are somewhere between the third and fourth stage via a combination of easily managed organisational & individual factors

I wonder if the Psychosocial Hazard legislation in Australia will result in a Psychological toxicity PEL 🤔
If so, would it be too on the nose to hang toxic hazard signs in certain workplaces with a culture problem?

My face while in bed, learning about ergonomics in my university OHS course and realising that most workers I know are bloody hurting themselves by utter lack of self-care.

As I repeatedly tell everyone who will listen to me regarding health and safety, the fact that we as a society require "do not drink" warnings on bleach bottles is evidence that "common sense" is the workplace C-bomb: rarely ever heard or seen in most places
