Got round to this novella by @leemandelo.bsky.social yesterday. Halfway through now. It's a thoroughly fresh, sharply written and increasingly sinister slice of queer historical Appalachian horror.

Coded for having low cut shirts etc. the more practical stuff I find is what impacts you more explicitly on a daily basis.

Extended (I already have some natural hyper extension but imagine if I just tried bending over backwards—that’s what it’s like). And then I’ve known people where all that or shoulder pain etc was never a problem and if they wanted to hide their chest it was just a baggy shirt or they never got dress

It depends on who you ask irt good/bad. However a lot of the more practical stuff I find super dependent on SIZE. Like I’ve known people who had to special order bras cuz they had a smaller band but really big cups. Or like how if I sleep on my stomach I can’t breathe and/or my back gets super hyper

Black trans disabled ppl have much harder time meeting goals-- Rent & bills thieve away from everyday needs + home items.

This directly impacts life. Mem's health is fraught, relies on prepared meals as a person w/ multiple disabilities incl. MECFS.

W/ that said: pls have grace & fierce advocacy.
