It fascinates me that young violent white men like Kirk shooter Tyler Robinson and Trump shooter Thomas Crook are described in media as “quiet” and “polite” men, who “spend a lot of time online”. Do you think they’re quiet and polite online when they’re hidden behind an avatar and feel invincible?

Disagree on fixed four-year terms, but absolutely we need more MPs!! Our population has increased by around 83% since the last expansion, our electorates by only around 1%. Hopefully they push through the inevitable brainless backlash and enact this much-needed reform.

"Good people?" what a pathetic response. Make it crystal clear that ANY of the hate on display on Sunday has absolutely no place in Australia.
Sunday's 'March for Australia' continues to sow division with the government under pressure on immigration, and the Taliban has called for aid after an earthquake killed more than 800 people in Afghanistan.
