Two of our precious grandchildren returned from their first overnight summer camp last week. We got to listen to their stories and adventures.

I can only imagine the unbearable pain the grandparents of these children are enduring. My thoughts are with those deeply affected by this horrible tragedy.

This massive Douglas Fir was a seedling our kids got at school on Earth Day 20. Today it sequesters hundreds lbs of carbon…and towers over our house offering shade on hot summer days. Happy Earth Day!
