I’m now hearing that some indie web animated projects are getting more recognition than animated shows on television. Honestly this is both helpful and concerning, and by concerning I mostly mean the continuously rising trend of the content farms. Something still needs to be done about those.

I don’t really get why people call theatrical animated movies based on animated TV shows “cartoon movies”. This term sounds like it could mean animated movies in general or a movie directly based off of old cartoon shorts. TV-based animated movies need a new term, oh wait…!
