I agree. There’s coalition building and there’s that. Not a fan, now that I know about it, despite really agreeing with the premise of the book.

This seems like a pretty big departure from “abundance” as espoused by Klein and Thompson. Not sure it’s the same thing, and appears more to be a co-opting of the same term for a new, unrelated purpose.

Maybe I'm missing something, but isn't Marc Elias running a business that should be paid for the work it does? Being owed $4 million seems like a tough pill to swallow, and it looks like they offered to write off a huge chunk of that.

Mark Robinson lives there and it has furniture and curtains. Hunt moves in after he leaves and there is no furniture or curtains. I guess it could be anyone.

Why is this article so coy about saying Mark Robinson cleaned out the house before he left? Isn't it obvious??

I have been a lawyer for more than a decade. This guy is clueless and condescending. You are correct in your understanding (not that you needed me to tell you that).

I always assumed much of verification on blue sky could be accomplished via domain registration. @washingtonpost.com for example can only have that handle by owning that domain.

Shouldn’t it then be a government policy to eradicate HIV/AIDS and commit to the spending, or pass a law to address pricing/supply if the going rate is too high (ie corporate greed)?

Isn’t this characterized better as a failure of policy? Pharma is for-profit (I don’t see that changing anytime soon), so of course they profit seek.
