I’ve been waiting for someone to realize this is the proper defense. Today’s congress is not fighting Doge, but the people and former congresses enacted laws that Doge needs to follow, even if the current congress doesn’t want to challenge Doge.

I would bet that Columbia University didn't allow Trump to buy his way to college there like he did at Penn 50 years ago, so he's exacting his revenge on them now.

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

What happens if Musk treats our Treasury, personnel and other systems as ransomware targets and make them inaccessible without his authority? What options would we have other than to capitulate to his demands under threat of the entire U.S. economy cratering? @thekrebscycle.bsky.social

You need to believe him when he says things like this. He does plan for Canada to become part of the U.S. There is no other logical explanation other than to take him at his word. It's time to start believing that this is his real intention.

I'd recommend everyone sign up for Wired Magazine subscription as they are covering the current news better and more in-depth than the large newspaper outlets. You can subscribe for $5 for the first year, so definitely worth supporting them.
