It’s so obvious the developers loved all of the same games I did growing up. Feels like such a natural successor or homage to the PS1 Squaresoft JRPGs

I’m a completionist, but one thing I like is that no individual section/region/level is so long that it feels like a chore to play when trying to balance other stuff in life. I can turn the game on for 45min-1hr after the kids go to bed and still feel like I accomplished something.

My understanding (but i'm very uncertain is correct) is that a lot of South Dakota v Dole was superseded between the various Obamacare suits (specifically the medicaid expansion mandate) and then some of the attempts at Covid mitigation. Or maybe it was something in environmental protections
