Today is the Sports Equinox, one of the few times where many of America’s pro-sports play on the same day. We wish our MLBPA, NFLPA, MLSPA, and NHLPA union members the best during their games today. As you watch them play, remember that they’re union strong!

Since we last shared an update on bargaining, we’ve received additional information about management salaries at Rewire.

The TLDR: The pay discrepancy between management and union members is deeply unsettling.

“Right to work” laws are a total scam.

They silence American workers and keep them underpaid.

On July 2nd, Microsoft announced they were shelving an unannounced project at ZOS, a shock to over 200 of our devs working on the project.

However, despite discussions regarding the status of our employment, the fact is: we have not yet been laid off.

NEW: Nearly 200 Overwatch 2 devs have unionized at Blizzard.

It's the second wall-to-wall union at the studio after the World of Warcraft team did the same last year.

Organizing members tell Kotaku the mass layoffs last year by Microsoft was one of the catalysts, alongside pay and RTO policies.
