Trump taking Intel's CHIPS grant money, allocated for manufacturing and research, and converting it to an equity stake, no strings attached, is the opposite of "socialism" or whatever centrist pundits are vomiting out.

The belief that Newsom will have broad based appeal in 2028 is hilarious. California liberals have no idea how much the rest of the country doesn’t like California. At least JB Pritzker actually has morals and won’t throw minorities under the bus.
