I wonder how the Derpy Tiger and Sussie novelty balloons came to be put together (and how long it took for them to get those two done). Like were they secretly already betting on it getting popular and getting those two novelty balloons done in advance...

For comparison, it took 2 years for Sonic, 40 years for Mario, and 45 years for Pac-Man to have balloons in the parade despite being so popular for a long time.
