Trump is truly vile but his total lack of self-awareness drives his ridiculous posturing, absurd appearance and crass statements. Any recognition of his unhinged behaviour would gave him cringing with embarrassment. I suspect he's on the spectrum... maybe he deserves sympathy and understanding...
