intentions and thoughts would be internal/based on what Yuuji told him. Gojo says in the cursed chapter that [(doesn't) feel lonely NOW]. And says that at one point he had put up a wall between him and others, and while you can admire a flower blooming, you can't ask it to understand you- gdtm

Honestly, one of the happiest faces we ever see on Sukuna is when he's talking to Uraume after realizing who they were. Like he looks so fond here 😭. And he laughs and jokes around with them later too.
