Holy cow, this was probably my least favorite Game Awards to vote in--I played almost nothing in the nominations, and I only vote if I've played it.

Since Death Stranding 2 is gonna win just to ensure Kojima gets a chance to step up onto stage, I'm just gonna take this opertunity to say:
Bananza IS my choice--But Expedition 33 and Silksong are both great examples of what we need more of in the industry, passion projects by small teams.

Since Death Stranding 2 is gonna win just to ensure Kojima gets a chance to step up onto stage, I'm just gonna take this opertunity to say:

I think the funniest thing about Aperture Science isn't that Cave bought a massive salt mine and put a bunch of human test subjects in it, it's that, for some reason, they built the facility from the bottom up--Like, the oldest layers are buried deep below the rest.

Seeing people say this looks uncomfortable, but anyone who picked up a Steam Deck knows that this will probably be one of the best feeling controllers on the market, especially for PC games!

Bananza did a pretty great job at recreating the DKC pre-rendered style, so I hope they do something similar with the next 3D Mario game, but instead of recreating the look of the NES/SNES games, they attempt to recreate the look of the Mario 64/Mario Kart 64 Boxart!

You know, it's strange that with all our graphical power we have today, and everyone trying to sell nostalgia, that we haven't gotten a modern game that has attempted to emulate the look and atmosphere of boxart renders from the N64 days.

I remember learning that my Brother's were using MY profile to watch Netflix all the time.
Most of this was them just leaving the console on, not even watching anything.

Watched the Chainsaw Man movie last night--A perfect adaptation of my favorite Manga.
THIS, is the style I hope they go with for the next season. S1 was good, but as a HUGE Fujimoto fan, it wasn't what I wanted from the CSM Anime.
The movie had no compromises, a solid 10/10 adaptation and film!

Chainsaw Man is my favorite (Ongoing) Manga--It has been for a few years!
S1 was great, but it WAS missing some of the charm of the Manga due to directorial decisions, overall I give it a 7/10 as an adaptation, a 8/10 as a standalone Anime.

Chainsaw Man is my favorite (Ongoing) Manga--It has been for a few years!

A social deduction Fire Emblem game--Where you don't use strategy because the characters fight automatically and you don't use deduction because the matches are like 2 seconds long and the bad guy can just kill everyone in 1 second.
Might be one of the strangest things Nintendo has released.

A couple years back I moved me and my Sister's old SA2 Battle Save file off our ever dying GC Memory Cards onto my PC--This was probably the last of nearly a couple dozen or so save files we made over the years, but the first we actually 100% completed!
Can you tell we enjoyed the 2-Player?

It's pretty strange that Gamma never seems to get a chance to be in spin-off games--Sure, I'm glad they haven't just brought him back to life, but being able to play him in a Racing game would be pretty cool!
