More teams can be competitive but a few teams are actually competing for the WS.

Which is why there should be a structure (like a salary cap/floor) that requires owners to spend a set amount of money.

And no one in football talks about the Chiefs payroll.

Because when you have a system in place where everyone is on an even playing field you don't have to argue about which owner should or could spend.
