DOJ asked a court to freeze a legal challenge to the EPA’s decision to tighten one of its most important air-quality standards, the limit on soot. The new standard would save thousands of lives. The Trump administration put the litigation on hold in preparation for rolling back the regulation.

I hope those who celebrate RFK Jr. are happy about this and so many other ways the Administration is destroying our environment and therefore our health.
