I'm glad I was able to leave on my own terms but pretty crushed for all of my coworkers. It was a great team, very talented, and I really wanted to stay there, except for that one little thing (the owner).

In my exit interview I basically told her that I didn't think she understood how to run the company (couched in professional business speak) and it seems like she immediately started trying to sell, and when she wasn't able to she just closed up shop.
