The hosts of -Buffering the Vampire Slayer- were married when they started the show and kept it going after they divorced. I'm not there yet in my rewatch, so idk if it gets weird at any point, but that's where my brain went first.

This *is* how you deal with it. Staffers keep count of how many calls are in support or opposition. Even if it doesn't change things immediately, it's showing them how many of their constituents care enough to make the call, multiple times if they have to, to get through.

How functional do they need to be? I.e. do you need the day boxes, or just want a 12-month grid with rotating monthly art?

Tangentially related, but at one job somebody posted a nightstand on the buy-sell-trade email list without noticing(!) the *big* dong on the bottom shelf. I'll never forget her name. Attached it to the email, even. Queen.

Fancy is so much harder to karaoke than I thought it would be. I tried it 15 years ago at a beach bar and promised Reebs I'd leave it there.

I'm trying to only Give out of my (emotional) savings account, not the checking account I pay my (emotional) bills from. When I overdraw my checking account, that (emotional) overdraft fee defffinitely feels Taken from me.

I had to parse it out several times to make sure the syllables lined up, very well done.

I hope I get to see a jury nullification happen in real time, in a high profile case (not necessarily this one). Idk how often they happen, but I think I'd want to know evverything about it.

I'm so curious. Is it from an injury that's typically attributed to rugby? Do you think there something unique about Australian rugby?

The first 2/3 of this book absolutely enraptured me. One of the rare books I actually couldn't put down. It sure set a grim scene.
