Pretty minimal, honestly. Everything that's really high acuity already gets transferred anyway, some will refuse transfer and take their chances, some won't survive the journey, what's left is pretty low acuity/easy for big city general. Not trying to be a jerk, but that's the reality.

I hope everything you voted for happens to you. I'm truly sorry they are hurting good people, too. That said, that Chartis study is badly methodologically flawed. The situation is bad, but probably not that bad.
