Those schmaltzy potatoes….. oh, my.

So the wife recently got an Oura ring, and she’s trying to sell me on its virtues. What are its pros & cons from your perspective. P.S. I love data, and can’t get enough of it.

Oof. When we lived in our old house amongst the old growth oaks and pecans downtown, I dreaded every passing autumn cold front and summer thunderstorm for the same reason.

Oh yeah - I use that method. I have a pizza steel that weighs a metric shit-ton, and my regular oven goes to 550F. Start on 550 bake, then broil for a couple minutes. But, you know - n+1 on toys is a real thing…

Our church* did a food drive last Sunday for the local food bank. Collected over 500 lbs of food items.
