NY style pizza this time. Used @seriouseats NY pizza dough recipe and @testkitchen pizza sauce recipe. 48 hour dough rest to develop flavor. Good chew and structure. Excellent pizza!

First 2 pies using the new pizza oven. My dough stretching / forming skills need work. But the crust had great flavor, good rise on the cornicione, and nice leoparding. @kingarthurbaking Neapolitan Pizza Dough recipe.

New kitchen toy day. I’ve been eyeing the Ooni ovens, but just can’t justify $800-$900 for a “once a month” appliance. Wife found this Cuisinart at TJ Maxx for $120. @seriouseats picked this as their “best budget pizza oven”, so I 🎲🎲. Batch of Neapolitan pizza dough proofing for tomorrow’s dinner.

ew kitchen toy day! Wireless probe thermometers with multiple measurement sensors along the probe and predictive technology to tell you when food will reach the set target temperature. I’ve been eyeing this technology for a few years, and finally pulled the trigger.
