Ordinary Decent Criminal ★★★★★ - The Recs

Lucky to have a great traditional #pub -The Ormelie near #Portobello prom - a 15-min stroll from our house. Great beer, welcoming staff, and a really pleasant place for a couple of pints. We need to support local boozers like this or they will disappear. www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle...

Purchased some huge scallops from our local fishmonger yesterday, and for dinner used them in a Jose Pizarro recipe where they are sauteed and served with lightly fried chorizo and cauliflower puree. Mixed salad on the side too.

Finally decided it was time to quit the toxic swamp that #twitter had become and move my micro-blogging to here. Hope to eventually reconnect with all the fantastic #foodie folk I interacted with on that channel, on this channel, if you get me. Love to hear from #foodbloggers #foodwriters & #chefs
