Best thing to do is quit it all together, but if you're like me and have developed a nasty habit, find a method that doesn't involve inhaling shit - pouches, arm patches, lozenges, whatever works for you, break that association and give your lungs a break, TRUST me youll feel so much better for it ♥️

Don't fall for the idea that vapes are healthier than cigarettes btw - a huge number of studies into the effects of vaping prior to 2019 were shown to have flawed methodologies, and as such, unreliable results. That includes the '95% less harmful than smoking' figure.
