I quit smoking / vaping about 2-3 weeks ago (switched to nic pouches and am gradually lowering the strength), and MAN, my lungs feel so much better for it!!!
I can actually do heavy exercise without gasping for air after 5 minutes, so now I'm losing weight too :D
