I'm disturbed by the idea that getting into the minutia of the one individual that the administration said they sent to the death camp by mistake has got in the way of the needed fight about how ALL the people sent to El Salvador have suffered the same lack of due process, the same dehumanization.

Pretty sick of hearing about AI.

We have LLMs that are nothing more than endless bullshit generators. You could tap Henry Frankfurt spinning in his grave to produce enough energy for the world several times over.

The first of many big defeats for Elon Musk.

He is delusional, unstable, and weak.

He is overplaying his hand.

If we fight, we win.

He will go down as one of the most despised men in history.

Yes, tariffs are a tax, but people don't mention often enough that they are a regressive tax. Taxes on consumer goods tax the poor at a higher rate, as basic necessities are a much larger part of their spending.

If food goes up by 20%, it is a tax on the poor. Rich people won't even notice.

If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.
